Can I return a piece after I've received it?
For health & sanitary reasons, I can not accept returns for hairpieces or earrings.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders can take up to 1-month to complete, dependent on the materials that are needed. Custom orders are not returnable or refundable after designed. Half the cost of the item will be due upon sketch approval, and the rest is due once the design is finished.
